Roya Gharavi is Art Studio Graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park. In July 2006 Roya completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Interior Design from the prestigious KLC School of Interior Design in Chelsea,London. As well as the US, Roya has lived in New Zealand, The UK and Italy. Living in these countries as well as traveling have heavily influenced Roya's art. Upon returning to the US many of many of Roya's inspirations have been extruded from everyday life. Many older countries are known for having culture built into their society but America too has a very distinctive culture that runs much deeper than the initial surface qualities.
