Colleen Garibaldi

I live and work in Washington DC, my hometown of more than 30 years. Born in York PA to a Naval Officer (USNA ’49) and his fearless and adaptable wife, both native New Yorkers, I was fortunate to grow up in a number of different locations, including Virginia Beach VA, Beavercreek OH, Alexandria VA, Fairfax VA and most influentially, Rio de Janeiro Brazil. After a career in architecture, I have returned to my arts practice and am currently focused on creating new bodies of work building on the foundation laid earlier.
