Frances was born in Greensboro, North Carolina and earned her BFA Degree from The Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington, D.C. Further studies include Univ.ofMd.,College Park,Md.,Art Students League,Woodstock,N.Y. Exhibitions include The International Biennale, Florence, Italy and many other private galleries and museums.

The office of Art in Embassies, U.S. Department of State, would like to thank all artists who have submitted and continue to submit work for our consideration. Artists will be contacted directly for possible inclusion in a show.

Please note, artists who have signed up to be included in the registry are not yet participating Art in Embassies artists in an exhibition. The registry acts as a forum for exposure to our internal curators, for possible inclusion in a show. A registry artist will not have an artist card in the main Art in Embassies website section (art.state.gov/artists) until they are included in an exhibition, nor are they searchable in the main search function of the website (art.state.gov).
