It began with an artist easel and a Kodak camera under a Christmas tree. Once opened, Brendan Ben Feeney was off-and-running as an artist.

Mr. Feeney is know for his digital black-and-white and color street photography, wire sculptures, oil stick sketches, intaglio prints, video/film shorts, art created with found objects and materials from his beloved Cape Cod, and vibrant acrylic paintings.

The world is Ben's pallet. February. Iceland to create a new body of photographic work. March. New York City. Street photography. April. California and the Pacific Northwest; a trip to inspire new paintings and works of art.

When not creating art, Mr. Feeney is a public high school teacher in his home state of Massachusetts. He teaches International Relations and World History--along with serving as Essex Agricultural and Technical High School's first Art Club advisor.

Brendan Ben Feeney has a BA from Boston College, a MA from Emerson College, and an MAT degree from Tufts University. Bob Henry and Selina Trieff of Cape Cod and NYC are his artistic mentors; both former Hans Hoffman students in the 1950s.
