Originally from New Jersey, I have lived in 10 US states, have travelled throughout Europe and Northeast Asia, attended art graduate school in South Korea, and taught art at a university in China. My color-based art depicts unexpected geometric compositions that embody the concepts of simplicity, balance, and minimalism used as visual metaphors that engage the viewer with issues of contemporary materiality.​
