Ghislaine Sabiti is an interdisciplinary Congolese-born artist who was raised on the outskirts of Paris, France. Ghislaine was introduced to art at a very young age. At twelve years old she studied fine art at Atelier Chantier du Coq and graduated with honors in fashion design from Atelier Chard Savard in Paris, France. She highlights the technical form used in both Congolese and European arts and american culture, which stress form , color and texture. Her work has been exhibited and commission nationally and internationally in France and USA in numerous group exhibitions and solo show including galleries such as Rio Gallery, at shapeshifterlab, Harlem School of the Arts and Brooklyn Film and Art Festival.
