Gloria Rodriguez is a self-taught American artist with Latino roots. She moved to Doha in 2020 with her husband and 2 children. She grew up in Venezuela, Oregon and Texas where she saw nature in its splendor. Gloria is an Occupational Therapist who loves animals and nature. She is a board member in The American Women's Association and active volunteer for FIFA. Her artwork was featured in the 2021 Qatar-USA Year Culture, The Qatar International Art Festival and Exhibition Q at City Center Rotana, where she exhibited mixed media pieces. Her art captures an infinite beauty of colors, textures and emotions. As a visual artist, she has found a passion for color, texture, movement and linear elements.
