My name is Harlan Ballogg. Im originally from Chicago, Illinois. I moved to New York about 5 years ago to attend School of Visual Arts where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Fine Art. I now work as a freelance artist, painting murals as well as taking commissions for portraits.
