A California native, Sharyl's paintings explore the archetypical realms of the unconscious with a focus on revealing the unseen.
As stated by Carl Jung, your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside awakes.
Sharyl Noday is a artist born in Southern California where she obtained her first degree in fine art, with a focus in photography from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. She went on to become LA's first female assistant working with the distinguished Matthew Rolston. From early on in life, Sharyl has had a passion for the mystical and a unwavering commitment to spirituality. She has deep understanding of metaphysical research, the subconscious, healing and universal communications.
With an overwhelming desire to paint, a location move to Chicago, Sharyl embraced a life long dream to studying painting at the Art Institute of Chicago and the Historic Palette & Chisel.
Sharyl has participated in over 50 juried group exhibitions. Her paintings have been featured on book covers and magazines with collectors throughout the US and abroad. She has appeared on several guest radio shows illuminating visionary art. Sharyl's art has been twice juried by James Rondeau, Curator of Contemporary Art at the Art Institute of Chicago.
