Massachusetts native Kate Hanlon’s lifelong involvement with printmaking includes a 20-year engagement with the uniquely American medium of white line woodcut. Kate’s images, a synthesis of observation and invention, reflect scenes from her life on Boston's North Shore. A member of the Boston Printmakers and the Society of American Graphic Artists, Kate’s woodcuts may be found in many public and private collections.
