Born in Moline, Illinois/USA. My father was American and my mother was Swiss. I studied art and architecture in Europe through the Intur Kultur Off Campus Studies Program. Received my Bachelor of Fine Art degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, and my Master of Fine Art degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
I enjoy the look, and textures of stone, wood and metal. Therefore, my studio is equipped for stone and wood working as well as for blacksmithing and casting metals.
