Born in the Dominican Republic, Paula Saneaux lives and works in Hagerstown, MD. She has exhibited in several cities and important venues in the United States and Dominican Republic including the Wausau Museum of Contemporary Art in Wisconsin, the Dominican Museum of Modern Art, among others. Her work is held in several collections including the Dominican Central Bank, and more. She has received numerous awards such as The Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant. In 2016, she received the USA Green Card for “Artists of Extraordinary Ability” and immigrated to the United States. She graduated with a BFA in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design and Altos de Chavon School of Design.
