MICKEY BOISVERT

Mickey Boisvert explores “casual classicism,” a style that accepts flaws and imperfection as evidence of the artist at work. Her greatest inspiration comes from early twentieth century regional artists W. Lester Stevens and Marion Huse, who in 1936, began creating paintings and drawings for the WPA’s Federal Art Project.
