Eileen Olson

Abstract artist Eileen Olson maintains her art studio in Bethany Beach, DE. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y., where she began her 30-year career as a critical care nurse. In 2000, she turned her passion of art into becoming a full-time artist. Eileen is known for her large colorful abstracts in oil, acrylic and pastel. She took classes at The Brooklyn Museum and The Corcoran School of Art., as well as attending many workshops over the years to strengthen her innate ability for drawing and painting. Eileen also conducts art workshops, juries/judges for art competitions, and gives demonstrations to numerous art leagues and local social groups. She says living at the shore has a tremendous influence on her work. Her artwork can also be seen at Gallery One in Ocean View, Rehoboth Art League,1stDibs, Saatchi Art and Zatista.com.
