History of local (Massachusetts) and US National competitive exhibitions and solo invitationals. Professional diploma from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston with focus on Sculpture, Painting, Graphics and then Drawing. MFA in Studio Teaching from the College of Arts at Boston University, BFA in Special Studies at Tufts University, Visual Studies at the Carpenter Center at Harvard, and scene painting at the Lester Polokoff Studio and Forum of Stage Design NYC. Two years US Peace Corps Zaire (Now Congo) with paintings, drawings, photographs and journals generously archived through the African Studies Program at Boston University. Medal of Honor from Concord Art Association in MA and 1st Prize in Technical Painting from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston.
