James Horan

Born in Dublin 1980, James Horan is a stone sculptor. He uses marble and Irish limestone to create expressive figurative art. Maternity figures, Winged figures based on the legend of Icarus and obese figures are recurring themes. His current work outlines his ideas about modern warfare, its effects and way technology has made war easier to wage.
