Lisa DeLoria Weinblatt

Lisa DeLoria Weinblatt received her B.A. Magna Cum Laude, Art Department Honors, Queens College/CUNY and her M.F.A. at the School of Visual Arts, NYC.
She has been awarded six national Artist-In-Residence Scholarships throughout the USA.
Lisa has won over twenty awards in group exhibitions across the USA.
Lisa’s two painting series, SCHOOL LUNCH and A MAN/A WOMAN, have been exhibited in over 40 solo exhibitions and over 200 group exhibitions across the country, with recent solo exhibitions at The Morristown Administration & Records Building, NJ, The Hoyt Institute of Fine Arts, PA, Waterworks Visual Arts/Museum, NC, The Woodstock Museum, NY , The Andrews Art Museum, NC, The Karpeles Museum, NY and The Morris Graves Museum, CA.
Lisa was a featured artist in a collaborative installation exhibit “ The Gallery” by Xin Wang, in the 2018 Armory Show, Pier 92/94, with the DeSarthe Gallery.
Weinblatt has been awarded the Grumbacher Gold medal for her painting.
The Nabisco Corporation Gallery featured SCHOOL LUNCH twice, both in exhibition and on the announcements for “Faces of America: Celebrating Diversity & Multiculturalism for Black History Month.”
