I am a conceptional artist whose work is frequently inspired by a confluence of unusual or repurposed materials and themes inspired of social, spiritual, or environmental significance. After many years focused on the creation of commissioned textile-art projects, my practice now includes time and freedom to explore a broader range of materials (fiber, paper, wood, and clay, repurposed materials, and found objects) and techniques (coiling, weaving, felting, improvisational hand-stitching, etc.), as well as a wide array of digital processes.
