Katherine Dolgy Ludwig

Katherine Dolgy
Ludwig has a
lively art practice
based on direct encounters: Supreme Court marches and memorials, White House speeches and protests, WWII veterans and young families, Americans of all backgrounds, hopeful in a rally-brimming DC. “When I paint, I am looking for the humanity inside us all.” She has painted and exhibited in major cities, and received multiple honors. Most recently she had a large retrospective at the American University in Paris. Many paintings, and coverage of her extensive career can be seen on her website.
