Luisa Caldwell is a multi-disciplinary artist whose works span from mixed-media works on paper to architecturally scaled installations and public commissions. The work reflects her interests in color, pattern and material sustainability. Her recent solo exhibitions include FiveMyles Plus/Space and Smack Mellon in Brooklyn, and Hancher Auditorium University of Iowa. Caldwell has been reviewed by The NYTimes, Art in America, ArtNews, and Hyperallergic. Public and private collections including Memorial Sloan Kettering, Deutsche Bank and Weisman Art Foundation. Caldwell lives and works between NYC and Italy.
