About Sharon Weil Hornstein & Sand Dollar Images

In 2001 I left the corporate world following a 13 year marketing career to raise my boys and pursue my passion for photography. Working primarily in color, I strive to capture images of strong yet simple subjects at a unique moment in time.

I first visited Turks & Caicos in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the beauty of both the islands and its people. I have returned over the years, camera in hand, working on my collection of images. I hope they will serve as a striking reminder of the unique beauty of the Turks & Caicos Islands.

I happily Partner with designers. I also work with private and corporate clients directly to help them infuse a unique coastal living vibe into their spaces. you can find my images in collections worldwide. My images can be found in collections worldwide, have appeared in numerous magazines and been shown at events, galleries, museums and libraries in the US and beyond. I frequently donate my time and art to charitable organizations regularly.

When I’m not out making photographs you can probably find me on and in the water…kiteboarding, scuba diving, snorkeling, boating and kayaking or on the lacrosse or soccer field cheering on my boys.
