Trenlin Hubbert

Trenlin began painting at the age of four. Yet, when the time came to go to college, she opted to study architecture, choosing to attend the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University, as it had the most technologically advanced architecture program in North America.

Though adept at creating computer graphics since the early 80s, Trenlin continued to put paint on canvas for decades. Not until 2010, did she begin using the computer to make art. And she demanded of her digital art that it be as painterly as a work on canvas.

The epiphany came in 2019 when Trenlin began creating animated paintings… paintings that occasionally move.
