Victoria Menezes Miller

I’m a Swiss artist with a unique cultural perspective in my artwork. With a cultural background originating in Goa (India) I was born in Nairobi (Kenya) where I spent the formative years of my life. In 1982 I moved to Geneva and joined the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) where I worked until 2017. From an early age, painting was my passion and I continued during my professional career continuously exhibiting.

My artwork reflects my background, experiences and culture, covering diverse subjects: people, still life, animals, and landscapes inspired by my travels and growing up in Kenya. I work in a variety of media:  oil, watercolour & pen and ink, charcoal, pencil, batik and my latest passion is digital art which allows me significant freedom to define and refine colour, shapes and forms.

My artwork can be found in 6 continents worldwide with works now in Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Finland, France, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Mauritius, Peru, Portugal, Russia, Rwanda, Scotland, Seychelles, Switzerland, Tanzania, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
