Camila Villa Zertuche

Camila Villa Zertuche is a Mexican visual artist and storyteller. Camila was born in Mexico City in 1996 and is now based in Miami, FL. She earned a BFA in Visual Art from The Cooper Union in New York in 2020. Combining both personal memories and public content, Camila pieces together imagined narratives surrounding feminine identity through painting, drawing, and poetry. Camila Villa Zertuche has exhibited work at Locust Projects in Miami, the Cooper Union and HolyRad Studios in New York, Junior Hi in Los Angeles, and digitally as part of Serving The People’s virtual group shows.
