Claire Remsberg

Claire is a painter, public artist and architect. Her artwork is a major way she responds to experiences and the world around her. Guided by incessant curiosity, her favorite subjects are land, water, figures and creatures, which she tries to capture on location or from life whenever possible.

She was born in California in 1963 and raised in Seattle, Washington, in a loving family, who showed her happiness in the outdoors and continues to support her in creative endeavors and whatever winding path she chooses to follow in life.

Claire studied Fine Arts and Industrial design at the University of Washington. She now splits her time between Boise and McCall, Idaho and wherever else curiosity takes her.
