Danielle Holland

Danni Holland-Ingram is a contemporary American artist specializing in abstract paintings and portraits often utilizing palette knife application and impasto technique.

From the time she was a child, Danni has always had an innate desire for expression through art. As she developed, her interests in the arts broadened, with her background ranging everywhere from theater and acting, to ceramics, photography, sketching and eventually -- painting.

It was through her various art educational courses that she found herself profoundly inspired by the impressionist works of Monet, and later discovered the more bold, edgy, and emotionally driven pieces of Pollock, Kline, Soulages, Vedova and Schiele; all which resonated within her very deeply and, in turn, drew her to instructing.

Danni uses art as a form of escapism and a means to unadulterated self-expression and emotional liberation.
