Dodie Logue

I am a painter living in rural Minnesota with a studio in an old dairy barn surrounded by prairie and wetlands. I received my MFA from Bard College and have been making art for over 30 years. I have exhibited my work nationally, and have received Individual Artist and Creative Support Grants from the MN Arts Board, as well as grants from the Central MN Arts Board, and a residency at Ucross Foundation. During the pandemic I focused on art, especially color, as healer; I exhibited my paintings at four regional Hospitals in "Healing Arts" programs. I have shown widely in Minnesota; in 2022 I had a solo exhibition at One Division Art Gallery, and in 2023 a two-person show at the Bloomington Center for the Arts. I have published one book, "TREES" with my sister, poet Mary Logue; we are currently working on our second book.
