Duane Johnson was born in Junction City, Kansas on October 11, 1968 and has lived in Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, and Texas. Mr. Johnson has an MFA in Studio Art from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana with a concentration in printmaking. His artwork has been included in over one hundred juried international and national exhibitions throughout the United States and is in several museum and university public art collections, such as the Rockefeller Center Archives, New Orleans Museum of Art, Plains Art Museum in Fargo, North Dakota, and Louisiana State University Museum of Art. Mr. Johnson has a home and studio in Lone Star, Texas.
