Holly Hanessian

Holly Hanessian works within a hybrid of design, craft and contemporary art. In 2010-2011 she received one of six Visual Arts Fellowships, from the State of Florida, the Florida Artists' Book Prize from the Bienes from the Museum of the Modern Book and was juried into three artist residencies, the Tainan University of the Arts, in Tainan, Taiwan, the Hambidge Center for Art, Rabun Gap, GA, where she was the recipient of the New Artist Initiative Scholarship (NEA) and the Women’s Studio Workshop, in Rosendale, NY where she was given the Fellowship Award.
