Josh Highter is a painter and MFA graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. Currently living and working in Washington DC, Josh is originally from Vermont and will always call the Green Mountains “home.” Prior to moving to DC, he was living in Berkeley, California and teaching drawing and painting at The University of California, Davis.
