Joseph Jones

A native of Baltimore MD, he received his MFA in Visual Communication from The George Washington University, and his BFA in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. Joseph is a Graphic Design Professor at The Art Institute of Washington.

Joseph is inspired by African patterns, masks and symbols. Some of his influences come from music and poetry. He uses art to respond to issues that affect the most vulnerable in society. Some of the artists Joseph is inspired by are.
