In 2009, Kelly Urquhart was selected to exhibit her work at the Miami Bicentennial Exhibition at the Miami University Art Museum, Flash Forward at SPACES Gallery in Cleveland, OH, and the Texas National 2009 exhibition juried by artist Mel Chin. Kelly was also rewarded the opportunity to work as a Lead Artist in Akron, Ohio’s Lock 3 Summer Arts Experience in 2008. Kelly received her MFA from Miami University in 2007 and is currently living and working in Kent, Ohio with Jaime Kennedy, her husband and art collaborator.
