Laurie Tylec

Currently living and working in Bethesda, MD, Laurie Tylec received a BFA in fine art and a BA in art history from the University of Maryland, College Park, as well as a MA in art history from George Washington University. Her work has been included in exhibitions at multiple venues in the Washington, DC area, including the Smith Center for Healing and the Arts, The Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center, Hill Center Galleries, RandallScottProjects, and (e)merge with the Washington Project for the Arts. She has also exhibited throughout Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Minnesota, and North Carolina. Tylec is participating in a group show at the Amsterdam Whitney Gallery, NY and at Classroom 102, George Washington University, Washington, DC.
