Richard Baker

I was born and raised in Harlem, New York City. I maintained an interest in art as a child attending New York's High School of Music & Art. I decided to attend New York University and Rutgers University School of Law. After a successful career as an attorney I have returned to art. I presently study at the Art Students League of New York and have been a part of several exhibitions in Harlem and at the Students League. I am an active artist and presently exhibiting in "Sudden Juxtaposition" at the Gallery in the State Office Building in Harlem. My art represents my experiences in Harlem and as an African American man.
