Angie Williams

Angie Williams started her painting journey in her neighbor’s front yard one sunny afternoon in Redmond, Washington when a few great friends brought out paints, used canvas, and some wine. Angie was instantly hooked with the feeling of paint on her fingers, scraping half-dried paint to create texture, and using whatever materials she could find to bring new perspective to a painting.

She loves to study the great artists of the Impressionist Era and finds inspiration from more modern painters like Joan Mitchell and Marc Chagall. Her preferred style is abstract, although you’ll sometimes find a bird, Buddha, or other one-off project that was done on a whim. Her medium of choice is acrylic, but if you look closely, you will find other accents to help bring her paintings to life.
