Tony Milici

TONY MILICI is a unique, multi-faceted artist recognized for his dynamic, thought- provoking works of art. For over three decades collectors have been drawn to Milici’s diverse body of work. Glass sculptures, Contemporary abstract paintings, Architectural commissions & massive Art Installation all take form through a meticulous artistic process and purpose.
Dimensional forms and broad textures are signature to Milici Glass sculpture, architectural & public art installations. “The medium of glass is very intriguing to me, it is optically diverse, deceptively strong and ultimately fragile. By combining contrasting & complimenting elements of stone, steel & light, with glass, I am able to create art that emphasizes texture, form and scale. I use different textures of polished, sculpted and faceted glass to bring forth a natural movement in form and dimension. Glass is the perfect canvas for light, it increases the emotional and visual impact of my work. My abstract paintings on glass have opened a new medium of expression, working with an element I am already emerged in”.
You can view Milici artworks in select gallery’s and public spaces, as showcased in the lobby of the new Las Vegas City Hall building, where Milici integrated the world's largest free standing glass sculpture within the architectural landscape.
