Joanne Turney

Turney is a graduate of the George Washington University, earning a BA degree. She pursued graduate work at the Corcoran School of Art in Washington DC, studying with Gene Davis of the Washington colorist school. Internationally renowned painter James Twitty critiqued her later works. Following the Corcoran, Turney studied at the Art Students League in NY.

Turney's work has been featured in national and international juried, group, and solo shows. Her work is in numerous private and corporate collections.
