Yelena Klairmont is an artist specializing in many styles and mediums,her works are represented in numerous corporate ,municipal and private collections as well as major hotels.
An interest in Jen Jensen’s landscapes, led Ms.Klairmont to develop a thematic series of “Reflections “ which were inspired by The Caldwell Pond in Chicago’s Lincoln Park Zoo. Con - currently the artist has been developing a series of aerial panoramic paintings of the Earth viewed from high altitude, and exploring the juxtaposition of geometric man made forms over the organic forms of nature.
Among numerous commissioned works for hospitality industry and private clients, Ms. Klairmont was commissioned and executed six paintings for the Main Lobby and the Business center of The Chicago Westin Northwest; also the prints of her paintings were purchased for all Westin Hotel Northwest executive suites.
Ms.Klairmont was commissioned and executed five paintings for the Main Lobby of The Ritz-Carlton Club in San Francisco as well as a lobby of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.

Her Jen Jensen landscape paintings were exhibited at the Lake Forest Historical Museum.
In 2007 and 2008 she was juried in and named one of the top artists in the Artist Project, Art Chicago, an International Fine Art Expo held at the Merchandise Mart. In May 2007, she was a featured artist on the Artist Magazine web site, her painting ,”Fearless”, was a finalist in the Landscape category of the Artist Magazine 23d Annual Art Competition.
She was juried in and exhibited in two museum exhibitions:
Fort Wayne Museum of Art, 2008 Biennial: Contemporary American Realism and
2008 Rockford Midwestern Exhibition.
From 2007-2013, Mrs. Klairmont was appointed to judge three major Chicago Art Fairs: Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove and Port Clinton Art Fair.

In 2011 Mrs.Klairmont learned and started working in a new medium of metal welding, sculpture and glass fusing. She has since been developing a new body of work in those mediums as well as painting.
